And to me to like Tikkle. But on Sailor Moon it is completely not similar. Plots different. And drawing it is a little unusual. Eyes differ from the others.
in Russia a serial showed before Sailor Moon.
It seems to me, that Lilly is less popular than other magicians/

Yes, Tickle is not popular! Also in Japan and in Italy Tickle isn't popular.

The similarity with Sailor Moon is on her hair, not for the story. Her hair is also similar to Luchia from "Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch".

Ticckle'story is similar to Megu-chan's story.
